We ship from our warehouse in Germany and deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the EU and the United Kingdom. All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, customs and seasonal volume.

Return & Refund Policy
General Rule
Our products are food items. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
According to § 312g Paragraph 2 No. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene once the seal has been removed.
This includes:
Opening a tray carton
Removing one or more gels from a tray
Opening a stick box
Once the seal is broken, the product is not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened Products
Unopened, fully sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days.

We will confirm whether the product is eligible and provide the correct return warehouse address.
Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Refunds for unopened products are processed only after inspection at our warehouse.
Refunds
As a general rule, we do not offer monetary refunds.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@fjuled.com
and include a short description and, if possible, a photo.
After reviewing your claim, we offer one of the following:
Store credit equal to the value of the affected item
or
A replacement, depending on product availability and the situation
Do Not Return Items to Our Company Address
Products must not be sent to our company address in Oldenburg or Delmenhorst.
Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted, processed or refunded due to logistical and hygiene regulations.
Only returns sent to the warehouse address provided by our support team are valid.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

A short description of the issue
Photos (if available)
We will resolve the case promptly and fairly.
