3. Conclusion of Contract
1 The display of products on our website constitutes a legally binding offer.
2 By completing the checkout process, you accept this offer and a contract becomes effective immediately.
3 After submitting your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email.
4 Fjuled Nutrition GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of: – payment failure – suspected fraud – incorrect pricing – lack of availability

4. Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you immediately and refund the full purchase amount.

5. Prices and Payment Terms
1 All prices displayed include statutory VAT.
2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4 By submitting an order, you agree that payment is due immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is carried out from:

Delivery Times
– Germany: 1-3 business days – EU: 3-7 business days
Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Transfer of Risk
Risk of accidental loss transfers to the customer only after delivery to the specified address. For business customers, risk transfers upon handover to the shipping provider.

8. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Fjuled Nutrition GmbH until full payment is received.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Details are provided in the “Refund Policy”.

10. Warranty (Defects Liability)
We comply with statutory warranty obligations under German law.
Warranty does not cover: – improper use – normal wear and tear – expired nutrition products – intentional damage

11. Liability
We are liable only for: – intent – ​​gross negligence – injuries to life, body, health – essential contractual obligations
No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Data Protection
All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR. Details can be found in our “Privacy Policy”.

13. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute settlement before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding UN Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods (CISG).

15. Severability Clause
If any provision becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining commission.
